 I founded CML People Solutions because I’ve seen first-hand how often people and culture are treated as secondary to performance — when in reality, they are inseparable from it.


Too many organisations rely on tick-box people practices that look good on paper but fail to create clarity, trust, or confidence in how people are led.

Whether supporting day-to-day people decisions or longer-term culture and leadership priorities, my focus is always on building confidence and capability, not dependency.

 I began my career in HR administration and progressed into senior leadership roles, including Global Head of HR, working across manufacturing, FMCG, and professional services.


Returning to university alongside full-time work shaped how I approach leadership and learning — reinforcing the importance of self-awareness, emotional intelligenc

This combination of senior leadership experience and academic grounding now informs how I support leaders and organisations navigating growth, change, and complexity.
